Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data IP Recrutu, Baimuratova 14, Lesozavod, Pavlodar, Kazakhstan ("we") collects when you visit nurikadi.com or yourselfagainclub.com or buy Yourself Again products, what we do with it, and your choices. We are the controller of this data.

What we collect

• When you start a checkout: your first name and email address, which sales page you were on, your country (from your connection) and your time zone (from your browser).
• When you buy: your name, email address, the products you bought and the amount. Payment card details are collected and stored by Whop, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.
• When you ask for the free top 10 list: your email address, the page you were on, your country and your time zone.
• Emails you send us, including replies to our emails.
• Basic technical data: pages visited, browser type and IP address in our hosting provider's logs. We count visits ourselves with a daily code made from your IP address and browser, and we never store the IP address itself for this.
• Advertising measurement: the ad you came from (from the link), and, if you allow it, the Meta Pixel's and the Whop Pixel's cookies (see Cookies below).

Why we use it

• To deliver what you bought: your library link, downloads and order emails (to perform our contract with you).
• To send the emails that are part of a product you bought, such as the 30-Day Challenge, at about 7:00 in your time zone (contract).
• If you start a checkout and don't finish, to send up to two reminders with a link back to your order. If you ask for the free list, to send you that list once by email. We stop both as soon as you buy or unsubscribe (legitimate interest, or consent where the law requires it).
• To answer support requests and process refunds (contract and legitimate interest).
• To measure and improve our ads on Facebook, including ads we run through Whop (your consent where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interest).
• To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest).

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Whop: payments, saved cards for one-tap add-ons, tax, receipts and refunds, as merchant of record. If you allow it, the Whop Pixel on our pages also tells Whop which pages you viewed and whether you asked for the free list or started a checkout, with your first name and email address when you give them, so Whop can measure the ads it runs for us.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website, stores our customer and order records, sends our emails and receives the emails you send us.
• Meta (Facebook): measures our ads. If you allow it, the Meta Pixel on our pages tells Meta which pages you viewed and whether you started a checkout or bought, with a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and first name once you enter them. When you start a checkout or buy, our server also sends Meta that event with a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and first name, your country, IP address and browser, so Meta can match it to an ad. We never send your card details, and nothing is sent if you declined cookies.

Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data protection safeguards.

Cookies

We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta) and the Whop Pixel (from Whop), advertising cookies, to see which of our ads help people and to show our ads to people more likely to find them useful. If you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, these pixels only run after you choose Accept. Everywhere else it runs when the page loads.

Your browser also stores small settings for the site to work (such as your cookie choice and the ad you came from), and Whop uses cookies inside its checkout form.

You can change your choice at any time: reset my cookie choice. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad settings.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a do-not-email list, so we don't email you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@yourselfagainclub.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. Our Products are not meant for anyone under 18.
